Newquay Bay Executive in Newquay is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3:00 pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. The property is presented to a luxury standard throughout and sleeps 4-6 guests. This new luxury apartment with sea views in a prime location in Newquay will appeal to discerning holidaymakers.

LOUNGE/DINER - The lounge/diner is a large open plan living space with a lounge and dining and area. Designed to a high standard throughout. Relax on two sofas (1 double sofabed - sleeps 2). Entertainment is provided by a flat screen T.V with freeview, dvd and cd player. Stylish table with high back leather chairs.

MASTER ENSUITE DOUBLE BEDROOM - Double bed, with bedside tables and lamps. Large double mirrored wardrobe for storage. Contemporary en-suite shower room.
