Seaton Beach House, Cornwall is let from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday
and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. This luxury beach house has 5 bedrooms which more then adequately
accommodates 10 guests.

KITCHEN - This magnificent bespoke 24ft long kitchen offers a contemporary range of solid cherry wood fitted units, complete with fashionable chefs pantry. The working surfaces all boast black polished granite off set with chrome splash backs. A large island is in the middle of the kitchen, which can be used as a breakfast bar or equally practical for using as a large buffet stand for you and your house guests. No expense has been spared regarding the kitchen appliances. Boasting top brand names the appliances consists of; double fan assisted oven & grill, large gas hob with stylish contemporary extractor fan, large deluxe integrated fridge & freezer offering crushed or cubed ice and filtered chilled water dispenser. Large dishwasher and easy to use microwave. Kettle and large toaster. Ample and spotlessly clean supply of cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. Flooring comprises of contemporary wooden floor. If you or the kids want to play your favourite DVD's or chill out and watch some television we have provided you with a high spec 32” surround sound television and DVD player. SEA VIEW BALCONY - Enjoy the breath taking sea views over looking Seaton beach, while on your right, over looking the beach you can also enjoy views of the award winning Country Park, which is yards from Seaton Beach House. This country park is a haven of wildlife and lends it self well to family games such as football, kite flying and family bike rides, which winds its way to a very good local Cornish pub. The timber decked balcony area offers a barbeque area, which is great way to start or finish the day and enjoy the amazing sunsets, and space to sit and relax and catch up with that book you started, the choice is yours! *Note The balcony is a completely enclosed wall which will keep small children from harm.

LARGE INTERNAL GARAGE WITH ELECTRONIC DOOR - Great for storing your inflatables, buckets and spades or canoes, bikes etc. Electronic garage door for easy access.

BED LINEN & TOWELS - Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental tariff for guests.

COT & HIGH CHAIR - Provided free of charge and are kept in the downstairs utility room. (No bedding included)

WELCOME PACK - There is a Welcome Pack provided upon arrival consisting of locally sourced treats to start your holiday of in style. 

PARKING - Driveway - Parking for 3 large 4x4 cars or 4 smaller saloons  

SMOKING - There is a strict no smoking policy in the property, however smoking is permitted in the garden areas and on the balconies. Please use ashtrays provided for these areas.
