'Tycara' combines the individuality of a boutique hotel with the freedom and privacy of a secluded cottage. Located in a staggeringly beautiful location on a cliff face overlooking Polperro, it has stunning sea views from every room except the bathrooms. Uncluttered and stylishly furnished, enchanting details are found in every corner and each room has its own individual character and charm. No detail has been missed - from fresh flowers dotted around, to art from our own collection adorning the walls. But 'Tycara' isn't just about beauty - it has every essential mod con, including HiFi throughout the house, iPod docks, WiFi and a kitchen equipped for the most demanding chef. Tycara' is designed to sleep 7, but there's room for up to 1 more in a full size temporary bed.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Tycara Boutique Holiday Cottage in Polperro, Cornwall is let from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, keys are made available from 4pm onwards on the 1st day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10am on the last day of your holiday. This luxury holiday cottage has 4 bedrooms which more then adequately accommodates 7 - 8 guests.

SEA VIEWS - Sea views from every room (except the bathrooms).

OUTSIDE PATIO - With glorious views over Polperro and out to sea. Patio furniture for dining alfresco.

4 BEDROOMS - All four bedrooms have spectacular views and their own distinct character. There is one single room and three double bedrooms, one en-suite. The beds are big, soft and comfortable, the linen exquisite and upstairs the double bedrooms have iPod docks so that you can choose to fall asleep to either the sound of the sea or music.

THE LOUNGE - Deep sumptuous sofas, colourful cushions and carefully chosen art - The lounge is the perfect place to relax. In the cooler months the log burner gives a warmth and homeliness rarely found in a holiday cottage, whilst in the summer, the morning sunlight streaming through the south facing, sea view windows gives promise of the glorious day ahead

KITCHEN - Fantastically equipped kitchen and fine china and glass from which to eat and drink If you choose to prepare your own food in the evening, the well equipped, spacious, modern kitchen is a delight to use - and then, DINING ROOM - enjoy your meal and a glass of wine in the candlelit dining room, whilst you watch the sun set over the beautiful Cornish coast..

3 BATHROOMS - They may be the only rooms in the house without a view, but the bathrooms at Tycara make up for that in so many ways. All three bathrooms are furnished beautifully and without compromise . The main bedroom's en-suite shower-room is also a steam room to help soothe those aching muscles after an energetic day's walking through the beautiful Cornish countryside. But sometimes a shower is never quite enough - and on those days sink yourself into the deep luxurious bathtub in the downstairs bathroom. Huge sinks in all the bathrooms mean that you'll never be fighting over space and soft white towels and Cornish soap are of course provided. And don't worry about walking on cold tiles in the morning - the underfloor heating takes care of that!

SMOKING - There is a strict no smoking policy in the property.
